TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

All fees must be paid in full prior to service being delivered. Once lessons commence, the fees paid for those lessons shall be non-refundable, without exception. Dog training is a service-based business and there is no way to “return” a service. Even if the client decides not to complete all sessions or utilize all features of the training program they purchase, no credits, or partial refunds will be given. If, for reasons outside of the control of The Philly Pack, LLC, a client is unable to complete their lessons within the allotted time period, the incomplete portion of the training program shall be considered forfeited.

NON-GUARANTEE DISCLAIMER
We offer no guarantee of results for our training. The Philly Pack, LLC cannot guarantee that your dog will display immediate obedience and / or that behavioral problems will be resolved. You could have more or less success, as with any training program or advice, and results will vary. There are too many factors beyond our control, such as but not limited to: the amount of time you are willing to spend training your dog, your ability to apply what you have learned, and the possibility that your dog may have a rare genetic or health condition, or other factor affecting its behavior.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SERVICE
For all training classes, it is expected that all dogs will be on leash and will not come in direct contact with any other dog or person at any time, unless specifically directed to do so by the trainer. Clients are expected to wear pants and close toed shoes with solid grip at all times while in training. Use of cell phones during training is expressly prohibited. Clients are expected to promptly follow all directions provided by the trainer. Clients will be asked to leave the training session in the event that proper attire and behavior are not observed.
Clients must provide written proof that their dog is current on the following vaccinations (or provide titers) prior to attending any training session:

• Rabies
• Distemper
• Parvovirus
• Adenovirus
• Parainfluenza
• Bordatella (immersion training clients only)

Clients may be dismissed from training without refund in the event that the client does not follow the instructions and training exercises, or fails to use the tools that are provided or recommended by The Philly Pack, LLC. The decision that a client is failing meet this standard will be made at the sole discretion of The Philly Pack, LLC.

Clients may be dismissed from a training without refund if the client is believed to be intoxicated or otherwise under the influence of drugs during any training session.Clients may be dismissed from training without refund if it is felt that the client is unable to maintain control of their dog or follow the instructions given by representatives of The Philly Pack, LLC.

Dogs who have ever bitten any person or animal are required to wear a properly fitted three strap basket muzzle as a prerequisite to attend any training in any form with The Philly Pack, LLC, unless specifically informed to do otherwise by The Philly Pack, LLC. Any client asked by The Philly pack, LLC to muzzle their dog for any reason must comply with that request or their training program will be terminated without refund.

Clients are expressly prohibited from sharing any training materials, information, or knowledge provided to them by The Philly Pack, LLC. All training information is protected under copyright and intellectual property law.

ADDITIONAL GROUP CLASS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Group class fees are non-refundable. The Philly Pack, LLC may, at any time and at its sole discretion, decide that group classes are not an appropriate training option for certain clients or dogs. In the event that this determination is made, the fee paid for the group class may be applied to a private session or immersion training program, but will not be refunded under any circumstance.

EMERGENCIES, INCLEMENT WEATHER, ACTS OF GOD
In the event that a session is disrupted or canceled due to an emergency, inclement weather, or an act of God, sessions will resume with the next scheduled session and client will be entitled to an additional week to complete training.
